What shipping options are available?

Peter Thomas Roth Online accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States only. We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses and apologize for any inconvenience.

Most orders arrive within 7 business days for in-stock items. Backordered items automatically ship as soon as they are back in stock. Peter Thomas Roth Online offers FREE standard shipping on all orders $50 and over (excluding taxes). Our preferred shipper is FedEx. Our standard shipping option is FedEx Ground.

Business Days: Peter Thomas Roth Online orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday 9AM-6PM EST are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by the end of day Tuesday.

 

Shipping Confirmation Email: When the warehouse has prepared and packed your order and it is ready to be shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after placing the order online. The e-mail contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link to the FedEx site. You can click on the tracking number to track your order.

 

 

Can an order be shipped to a foreign country?

At this time, Peter Thomas Roth only ships within the United States.

Return Policy

 

What is Peter Thomas Roth’s return policy?

 

At Peter Thomas Roth it is important to us that our customers are 100% satisfied with the quality and results of all of our products. For your convenience, should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, we can issue a full refund to your credit card. Please follow our reasonable guidelines for making a quick and easy return:

  • Products must have been originally purchased directly from PeterThomasRoth.com or a Peter Thomas Roth Customer Relations Representative. (We cannot accept returns originally purchased from other retailers).
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of original order date and be accompanied with a copy of your receipt and reason for the return. We will always ask the reason for the return in an effort to constantly improve upon our level of service.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • For a refund please call our Customer Relations Department at 800.PTR.SKIN to speak to a representative prior to sending back your product(s). You will be issued a Return Authorization #. The RA # must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. A copy of the receipt and/or invoice must be in the box. DO NOT SEND BACK PRODUCT(S) WITHOUT SPEAKING TO A CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE FIRST AND OBTAINING AN RA #.
  • Product(s) sent back without a Return Authorization # will not be refunded.
  • Ship the product(s) back using a courier service that provides a tracking number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back and making sure it gets to us.
  • A refund will be issued once product(s) have been received.
  • To make an exchange please call our Customer Relations Department at 800.PTR.SKIN to speak with a representative prior to sending back your product(s).
  • For damaged items received, please DO NOT THROW AWAY. Call 800.PTR.SKIN to speak to a Customer Relations Representative. The broken item(s) will be replaced and the representative will instruct you on what is to be done with the broken item(s).
  • After receiving an Return Authorization # from a Customer Relations Representative please send all returns to:

Can I ship to multiple addresses from a single order?

Currently, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses from a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed to ensure accurate delivery.

 

How can I check the status of an order placed online?

You will receive an email notification with your shipping tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

Will you confirm receipt of my online order?

Shortly after you place your online order, you will receive email confirmation of your order.

How can I change or cancel my order?


Please call us at 800-PTR-Skin immediately (Monday – Friday 9AM-6PM EST) to make changes or to cancel your order. If you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday call us on Monday morning.

 
Can I save items in my cart for purchase at a later date?

If you are a registered member of the site, items will remain in your cart so that you can pick up where you left off the next time you log in.
