Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why change it? Irritating ingredients! Used the old glycolic 10 moisturiser that has been discontinued for the past 5 years. Completely kept my dairy reactive chin clear from blemishes! Was a life saver. Was fragrance free with vitamins A & E. The new version contains so many irritating ingredients including fragrance! Why change something that had such raving reviews. Why not bring out another one for people who want to rub alcohol on their faces but keep this one for those of us that have used it faithfully with success for the last 5 years. Now going to have to experiment with many different glycolics until I can find one that keeps spots at bay.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not really working on my skin I have an uneven skin tone. I have been using this product for two weeks now and I am not really happy with it. When I put it on my face it is really sticky that even when I wake up in the morning, the sticky feeling is still there. Also, I didn't feel or see any positive difference about my skin, so I stopped using. I just wish I could send it back to the store and refund my money, but of course that is not possible, so it is just a waste of money. I am sorry to say that but that is exactly how I feel about it because this product is a bit pricey. I would suggest to everyone to try the sample first.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing... The older version of this was a life saver. After years and years of trying out products I found something that worked. I don't understand why it was discontinued. I saw great reviews. This new formula is irritating to the skin. I am sad...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terribly disappointed I bought this as a replacement to the 10% glycolic gel I've been using for a long time. The product burns and is very irritating, even using a small amount. I'm not sure what it is about the formula. Maybe I'm allergic to it. My skin continued to be dry and flaky with using for a few weeks. I gave in and found a site that still sells the gel and bought 2 bottles. Back to using the gel my skin is smooth with no flakiness in the middle of winter after only 2 days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Must Have I used the previous 10% glycolic moisturizer for years. This formulation has worked equally well and my skin had no trouble transitioning. This is a great product, with good potency. If you use it, you'll see results. Glycolic acid was the first active ingredient skincare product I ever used, now can't live w/o it. Skin is sooo much better!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst PTR product ever I have a normal skin with large pores, and uneven skin tone. I do laser hair removal on my face and my skin looks normal after 3 minutes. This product burnt my skin and irrigated it and gave me more of un-an uneven skin tone. I love all other PTR products I used this far, but this one should not be on the shelfs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What happened??! I've been using the original for years, this new one is terrible! Why did you discontinue the one that everyone likes and that works? Now I will have to start all over searching for something that will work again. Very disappointed.

Can you please tell me when, how to use this? After washing my face, I currently apply toner, then serum, Vitamin C, moisturizer, then lastly, glycolic serum. When should I apply PTR? Should I discontinue any of these while using PTR? Thanks!

Asked by: Newbie
Dear Newbie, Thank you for contacting us. I recommend cleanser first, tone, serum then moisturizer. You can also alternate the use of the products.

Is it recommended for acne prone skin? I am looking for a night cream to treat wrinkles, spots and large pores that won`t cause breakouts.

Asked by: liegemg
Hi there! This product does not contain any OTC acne ingredients so you may want to consult your dermatologist depending on the sensitivity of your skin and severity of your breakouts. You may want to consider an oil-free moisturizer instead, like the Water Drench Cloud Cream, if you're worried about aggravated skin. Hope this helps!
