Rated 1 out of 5 by from terrible!!! If you have even a little bit of sensitive skin you'll hate these - it literally burned my skin and fingers that i used to put this pad on my face, my face and my fingers are all peeling, and now I can't even put on moisturizer without my skin burning; I find this product to be very poor, with no change to my complexion and even worse. The smell of these pads is a complete slap to the face, I wish I would've researched a little more prior to dropping the 50$ for these. If you have any form of hypersensitivity to perfumes, reconsider this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only thing that works! I have been using this product for about 6 months and it is the only thing that works for me. It helps with hormonal acne as well as anti aging. It has lightened dark spots and brightened my skin. My skin feels great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best for stubborn acne This is my second time buying this product, and it has been the only thing that has truly minimized my pores and cleared up my acne literally overnight. I wake up in the morning to a much brighter and clearer complexion. My acne is visibly less noticeable and it greatly improves the rough texture of my skin.

Can I layer the PTR 3% Retinoid on top of this before moisturizer for enhanced exfoliation?

Asked by: RioWdls
Dear RioWdls, Thank you for contacting us.Yes – try layering the serum after cleaning, use the complexion pads, then serum. We recommend trying a patch test of the products if you have sensitive skin. If irritation occurs, stop use right away and consult your doctor.

Can you put moisterizers, serums or other products on skin after using pads, or should the pads be the final step whenever using them?

Asked by: MamaMontoya
Dear MamaMontoya, Thank you for contacting us. I use Max Complexion Pads almost as a toner, a step after cleansing. Let it dry then apply serum, then moisturizer, then SPF.

why do this contain such high alcohol level? is that not good in the long run if products contain too much alcohol? will it dry my skin out a lot?

Asked by: hiez
Dear Hiez, Thank you for contacting us! We do not disclose our levels of ingredients unless it is printed on the packaging. Alcohol is a commonly used solvent in skincare products. All our products undergo safety testing and are safe for consumers to use! if you are experiencing drying, try skipping a day or two and use the pads every other day. Also, incorporate an oil free (if you have acne) moisturizer like our Water drench Cloud Cream.

Hi, I already use the AHA/BHA clearing gel.  Would I apply the gel after using the pad or would that be too drying?

Asked by: Kath654
Dear Kath654, Thank you for contacting us. Results may vary depending on your skin type. If dryness occurs when using both products, the directions will advise you to reduce how often you use them. Please use as directed.

After use, do I let sit for a couple of minutes and then rinse ? Do I put toner on after use ?

Asked by: Jackie072987
Hi Jackie! This is actually not a rinse off product, you want to use the pads and then let the solution absorb completely into the skin before applying anything else. You could use a toner after words, try to avoid anything that my cause additional dryness. Hope this helps!
